Each team receives $25 post-draft for bidding on players dropped by their current team and placed on waivers. After the draft, players not selected go on Waivers for seven days, as do players dropped throughout the season. After the seven-day waiver period, players stay on continuous waivers if not picked up by a manager. A player who has passed through the seven-day waiver period can be bid on and picked up the following day if the bid is successful.
The maximum number of waiver acquisitions a team can make in a week is 3. The max a team can make for the season is 48.
No player picked up after the trade deadline will be an eligible keeper for the next season.
Eight teams make the playoffs. Two divisions. The division winners are awarded the top playoff seeds. Playoff reseeding is set to yes. The Yahoo tie breakers will be used for gaining entry to the playoffs and for breaking draws during the playoffs.
